Q: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
A: From our Homepage, select the items you are interested in. Select color or size if applicable, and click ADD TO CART. When you are finished shopping, select CHECKOUT. Once your order is complete and your payment information is received, your selections will be shipped. You will be notified as to the expected shipping date and tracking number information.
Q: WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
A: If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an approximate shipping date. In almost all cases even if an item is out of stock we can ship within 10 business days.
Q: DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING ?
A: Yes, we offer free ground shipping on all orders $99.99 or over.

A: Redroad ships all over the world. We will recommend the best service to provide the quickest and safest delivery to you.
Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
A: Online orders are processed Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed, however orders placed Friday after 1pm PST/PDT will ship the following Monday as our shipping department is closed Saturday and Sunday. Items with longer processing and shipping times are marked at the top of the item page.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ITEMS?
A: We use UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground, and most orders arrive within 5 to 15 days from when they ship. If an item ships directly from the manufacturer, it might take a bit longer. You’ll see this info on the product details page.

Q: HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
A: For items that have not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order by sending a notification to service@redroadglobal.com. If the item is already in the mail, unfortunately we cannot cancel the order directly and you will need to follow our return policy.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
A: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving it. You can reach us at service@redroadglobal.com. Make sure to include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and clear photos of both the damaged product and its packaging. This helps us assess the situation and speed up the process. Our team will let you know the next steps and assist you with a return or replacement if needed.
Q: HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
A: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return an item.
Just make sure the product is unused, unwashed, and still in its original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that discounted items, used products, and items without tags are not eligible for returns.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
